Noe Slyomovics

Noe Slyomovics is the founding partner of Slyomovics IP Law firm. He studied Law at Bar Ilan University and completed his Master Degree (LLM) at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where later on he joined as a lecturer of IP courses.

Mr Slyomovics served as the Deputy Commissioner of Patents, Designs and Trademarks. Along this period he served also as a judicial hearing officer in the Israel Patent Office, ruling in cases regarding IPRs. As a civil servant, Mr Slyomovics was part of a major legal transformation to Israel IP law.

In his judicial role, Mr Slyomovics has ruled in hundreds of IP matter lawsuits and decided some of the most influential IP precedents in Israel, by which he contributed significantly to Israels IP legal world and climate. Additionally, He was a member of the team of specialists on Intellectual Property (TOS-IP), for the UN’s Economic Mission to Europe (Geneva).
