Asaf Lubin will discuss the regulation of cyber insurances and GDPR insurances (a nascent market), and in particular the way in which insurance companies have begun to create de facto standards in the areas of cyber security and data protection, thus filling a regulatory vacuum while many national legislators have (so far) refrained from intervening.
