The project aims to help facing the missing-persons phenomenon which has taken on the global dimension in its overlap with migration. We seek to identify potential persons who are at risk, to build a Becoming Missing Risk (BMR) factor for each person based on persons' demographic factors and social network's parameters and to help to keep the potential persons as visible as possible. In addition, the project will use the wisdom of the crowds to enable reporting and locating missing persons.
